Why Life By Design
Your calling runs through every part of your life.
The old formula of “just do X and you'll get Y” doesn't hold the way it used to. The landscape has changed, and a real path has to be yours, not a script.
Your Life By Design helps people step back from the pressure of having it all figured out and start from what's already true: the strengths they carry, the purpose that keeps calling them, and the courage to pivot when something no longer fits. From there, every decision, whether it's about your work, your relationships, a new season, or simply what comes next, gets a little clearer.
About the Workshop
Real reflection. Real decisions. One clear next step.
Participants connect their own strengths, purpose, and willingness to pivot to a real decision they're facing right now, and leave with a concrete personal next step and a renewed sense of agency. It's grounded in lived storytelling, and it's built to be interactive and community-based, not lecture-style.

The conversation adapts to the people in the room. The real-time adjustments are where much of the value lives.

Meet Your Facilitator
Christina Jones
Founder & CEO, Humane in the Membrane, LLC
Christina brings over 25 years in education, leadership, and organizational development. She began her career as a Music Educator, teaching K-12 and later adults in higher education, and today mentors young adults to find their path by leveraging their talents toward their unique purpose.
In 2023, she stepped out on faith and started Humane in the Membrane full time, betting on herself without every answer figured out. That lived experience is at the heart of this workshop.
Whether she's building a system, developing a leader, or facilitating a learning experience, she leads with passion and empathy, designs with purpose, and finds real fulfillment in helping people find and share their gifts for the greater good.
We work with heart, in every system, lesson, and leader we build.
